Returns and Exchange

1. Return requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product to the customer.

2. Exchange is allowed once per transaction.

3. The product must be in unworn condition, and all tags and labels must be intact and securely tied to the product.

4. Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or greater value only. Any price difference will be charged at checkout.

Refund Policy

1. The standard shipping rate charged on the order is non-refundable.

2. Refunds will be initiated to the original payment source only for the product value, excluding the shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

3. The customer must intimate the company within 24 hours if the product received is damaged or if any item is missing from the delivery.

4. If the returned product is not in proper condition as per the rules of the company, the product refund will be denied. The same product will be sent back to the customer, and courier charges of ₹200/- will be charged to the customer by the shipping company.

5. All sale products are not eligible for any return, exchange or refund.
